The Enterprise Management System (EMS) is Digital Payment Technologies’ (DPT) Web-based service hosted in a PCI compliant and PA-DSS validated environment. We have designed EMS specifically for the parking industry. In so doing, we have set the standard for reliability, data integrity, and operational capabilities that no other existing solution can match. This software management program provides you with a wealth of real-time information on the status of your lots and parking pay stations, from revenue and security monitoring, to power levels and environmental conditions. As part of DPT’s Integrated Parking Management approach, EMS also manages interactions with best-in-class third-party solutions, such as enforcement handhelds, space occupancy sensors, Pay-by-Phone systems, and campus card servers.
Our Back Office Support System (BOSS) is a PC-based application that allows complete flexibility in configuring the pay station behavior. You can define sophisticated rate structures, customize welcome screens, advertise messages, and display parking policy across your entire parking operation. The configuration can even be remotely transferred to the pay stations, eliminating time-consuming visits to each pay station.
