Fulfillment Clerk

DPT is looking for an experienced Fulfillment Clerk for its expanding Production Facility.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all transactions
• Filling spares orders as requested
• Filing service orders as requested
• Maintaining timely delivery to Shipping Department of all outgoing products
• Inspecting all parts for completeness to ensure customer satisfaction and reporting concerns before shipping product
• Providing feedback on inventory levels; performing cycle counting on a regular basis; and informing others of trends and possible efficiency improvements via repetitive order processing
• Providing feedback on daily events, statistics, reporting errors and maintaining historic documents for audit
• Assisting others in material handling, when time permits and adding to quality following inspection and acceptance steps on all products
• Any other related duties that arise from time-to-time

Qualifications

• Experience working in a production facility
• Minimum grade 12 education
• Knowledge of production BOMs an asset
