John Fraissinet

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

John Fraissinet is a seasoned technology industry executive with over 25 years of senior management experience. He was formerly CEO of GaleForce Solutions, a venture-backed software firm focused on providing customer management solutions to the financial services industry. John has held executive positions in hardware and software firms, and established his own management consulting practice to assist high-tech companies launch sales and marketing strategies for rapid revenue growth.

Prior to starting his own consulting organization, John was Crystal Decisions' VP of sales and marketing. He was responsible for all channel partner relationships in the Americas, and helped drive the company's license base from four million users to more than 12 million during his tenure. Before joining Crystal Decisions, John was VP and GM of Network Computing Devices' PC-X division. He also held several key executive positions with Silicon Valley-based growth companies, including Borland International, Ashton-Tate, NEC Home Electronics, and IBM.

Christopher MacPhail

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Chris MacPhail has been CTO of DPT since 2006, bringing more than 25 years of experience in hardware and software development in various high technology companies in the Vancouver area. Prior to joining DPT, Chris was president and co-founder of wireless telematics company Brixan Technologies. Previous to that, Chris was president, CEO, and co-founder of Orbital Technologies, a $5-million software consulting firm serving large independent software vendors (ISVs). Following its acquisition by Orbital, Chris also served as CEO of Simba Technologies, a firm specializing in database middleware products. Earlier in his career Chris progressed from his initial role as a hardware and software engineer to software development manager to partner at Paradigm Development Corp.

Chris Chettle, CAPP

Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Chris Chettle currently manages DPT’s Sales, Client Services, and Marketing teams in his role as senior vice president, Sales and Marketing. Chris started his career at Nexus Display Systems marketing digital video solutions to the cable television industry.  In 1999, he joined TVC Canada, a national communications distributor, and held several senior management positions that included national sales manager during a time when the company generated over $48 million annually.

Chris joined DPT in April 2004 to support business development activities before being promoted to vice president, Marketing where he oversaw DPT’s marketing, product management, and strategic partnership activities. Through all his roles at DPT, Chris has worked with clients in multiple sectors of the parking industry to promote and successfully implement new parking technology solutions. In November 2012, Chris attained the parking and transportation industry’s premier professional credential by becoming a Certified Administrator of Public Parking (CAPP).

Mark Gemino

Vice President, Production

Mark Gemino has more than 25 years experience in all facets of electronics manufacturing. Prior to joining DPT in 2000, Mark was director, wireless messaging group for Glenayre, a major designer and manufacturer of telecommunications equipment, where he oversaw a staff of 52. From 1996 to 1999, Mark was production director for the same company, and was responsible for 300 employees operating in a multiple shift environment. Mark has implemented Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, designed training programs, and has experience with supply chain management, operations management, and ISO 9001 quality control.

Kathy O'Donoghue

Vice President, Product

Kathy O’Donoghue is an experienced software development leader who leverages technology to realize business building opportunities. She has a 15-year record of successful delivery-to-market of consumer and enterprise technology products and projects. Kathy is skilled at guiding teams to produce results for national and global enterprises working in video games, business intelligence, lottery, telecom, and packaged goods sectors.

Kathy has provided leadership as development director at Electronic Arts and product management at Crystal Decisions, as well as diverse consulting assignments in mobile applications, data visualization, and business intelligence. Kathy has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Her current career passions are mobile technology, big data, gaming, and engaging disruptive and enabling technologies to position organizations at the forefront of market and corporate change.

Tommy Kinsman

Senior Director, Client Services

Tommy has been a key member of DPT’s Client Services team since 2005. He oversees DPT’s Project Management and Technical Support teams and the shaping of internal processes. Tommy also works with DPT’s resellers taking an active role in driving new training initiatives and working closely with these partners to ensure clients receive the highest level of service possible.

Tommy has used his expertise in service delivery and process improvement to save almost $20 million throughout his career. He has over 16 years of service delivery, technical support, project management, and manufacturing experience that includes his time working at NCR Corp. Tommy is a Six Sigma professional and holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronic Systems from Abertay University, Scotland.

Wendy McAllister

Controller

Wendy McAllister transitioned to the role of controller in November 2011 after joining DPT as the accounting manager in June 2011. Upon graduating from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Wendy successfully went on to complete her CGA designation in 2003. Previous career experience includes controller of Option-NFA Inc., a publicly traded manufacturing company in the outdoor sports industry, and controller of Avigilon Corporation, also a publicly traded manufacturing company specializing in high definition security surveillance hardware and software. At Avigilon, she played a key role in preparing the company for its initial public offering. Wendy brings over 10 years of manufacturing and controllership experience, mainly in the technology industry.

Niamh Pollak

General Counsel & Corporate Secretary

Niamh is a commercial solicitor with extensive experience gained as both in-house and external counsel. Born and educated in Dublin, Ireland, Niamh has a background in intellectual property law and is admitted to practice at the Law Society of Ireland and the Law Society of British Columbia. Niamh trained with top tier law firms in both Dublin and Vancouver and had a successful career as an associate in private practice prior to moving in-house. Niamh heads up the legal department at DPT with responsibility for 10 key practice groups ranging from employment law to corporate finance to public procurement.
